Nia is a unique fushion fitness programme which aims to address the whole person. It is inspired by three movement forms:

HEALING ARTS: Yogo, Alexander Technique, The Teachings of Moshe ReldenkraisĀ®

A Nia class is a carefully choregraphed, hour-long routine incorporating a dynamic blend of the above movement forms, put to a range of wonderful music styles. The Nia Technique is comprised of 13 main principles and 52 basic moves.

Above all Nia classes are exhilarating and fun! Nia is suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities, ALL shapes and sizes, ALL personalities and ALL ages. Everybody is welcome!
