If your bank account is empty you will still be able to experience the Joy of Nia!! And no need to carry cash for classes.
All classes are on a drop in basis. There is no need to book. You may attend a regular class (or classes each week). This applies whether you 'pay as you go' or buy '10 class pass'
Children under 16 years of age are welcome to join any Nia class but MUST be accompanied by an adult. The cost for children under 16 years is £3.50 per class.

What to bring
Nia is practiced barefoot. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a drink. We will be doing some floorplay work, please bring a mat if you prefer to use one.
