Healing Through Movement. Yoga-Nia Holiday

France September 2010

Yoga and Nia teacher Paula Hudson, will be hosting a retreat holiday in Northern France in September 2010.

Paula will begin the day with a morning meditation and Yoga class, integrating spiritual awareness through body movement. After breakfast and some free time, another Nia teacher (to be announced!) will teach a Nia class. Later in the day there will be another chance to experience Nia and before dinner there will be a group Vortex healing.

In addition to the daily class schedule, there will be in depth workshops.

You are most welcome to attend as many classes as you wish giving you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the experience, recharging your body, mind and spirit. Or if you prefer, take it a little easier and just pick and choose classes to suit your needs, taking time to explore the lovely grounds or historical surrounding area.

The location is a stunning and beautifully restored French Mill house set in a wonderful private estate, with woodland and lakeside walks. Included in the cost of your stay is fabulous and plentiful vegetarian food prepared by French chefs. As far as possible all food is locally sourced and organic. Special diets can be accomodated upon request but must be specified upon booking.

All levels of ability are welcome, including those new to Nia, Yoga or healing and meditation. Paula encourages everyone to work at their own level. Her goal is that you leave with a feeling of wellbeing, health and strength, as well as a real connection to the inner you!
